Blessings as Alchemical Graces and Gifts

Blessings as Alchemical Graces and Gifts

I believe that God is the greatest alchemist and that the blessings that we receive constantly throughout our lives are the graces and gifts that the Divine One bestows upon us— his/her sons and daughters. Since alchemy, as Saint Germain says, is the science of divine love practically applied, I intuit that every blessing we receive is meant to be employed in some benign way to extend God’s graces and gifts to wider spheres of life around us. In other words, blessings are meant to be re-bestowed and expanded in the “pay it forward” mode.

Alchemists who have been the instrument for the blessing of others always know that as they extend God’s spiritual light around them, that grace is also expanded within their own lives. In our natal divine state created in God’s image and likeness we are pure light, like our own sun. The stars are the closest representation that we may behold of who and what God is—a blazing starry spirit that continually emanates pure love to all within his/her influence. Spiritual alchemists realize that to become Godlike we must be all-giving, all-loving, all-light.

Jesus said that “if thine eye be single thy whole body shall be full of light.” When we remain singularly focused and true to our higher purpose of seeing the beauty of every soul, the balance within nature, and the harmonics of the cosmos, we enter into the higher realms of light where we learn to be in perfect resonance and unity with our Source. The graces and gifts of the spirit that we receive help to keep us aligned with our higher purpose—to emanate light and populate the cosmos with divine ideations, transcendent feelings and mindful co-creations.

When choosing to bless yourself before beginning any endeavor, to bless your food before meals, to bless your loved ones at the onset or at the end of your day, or to bless your spiritual brothers and sisters as you engage with them in service to humanity, realize that in each of these acts you are actually performing white magic on behalf of the Great Alchemist. You are expanding the reach of the Divine Architect’s original blessing that resulted in the creation of the cosmos. Blessings are expansions of light in any domain we choose to invoke and invest them.

I recall learning from a Christian friend her method of blessing offerings to God within her congregation. She would stand and ask that the money fulfill God’s will upon Earth; however, she would also qualify the offering for a specific purpose as she saw fit—for friends in need, etc. She then proclaimed that she expected to see the tangible results of her call soon! I feel that she entered into an alchemical pact with God by calling upon the Lord in this way. Since her motive was pure her prayers were often answered exactly as she stated them! She told me numerous stories of seeming miracles in her life using this methodology. Try it and let me know the results!

  • I like the idea of calling upon God and claiming the outcome. I'm just reading an amazing Christian book about children and their amazing spiritual connection. The style they prayed in was not so much, please God this, please that but claiming things 'for the Lord' and so on. Reading it, I felt that much of what they did was actually spiritual Christian alchemy, for kids! Pretty touching. They also got really amazing results.
